Your products are delivered through DHL within 30-40 working days from the date of your order.



MARCWAVE wishes to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason you should not be fully satisfied with the order, you may return one or more articles purchased and receive a refund . In order to return an item, you should check that the conditions have been complied with. MARCWAVE will not accept returns that do not meet to all the required conditions: All the products available on are fitted with an ID tag and warranty seals. We advise you to try on the product without taking off the tags, since any returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them will not be accepted.



You can return any product within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Products returned from the same order must be sent as a single shipment. MARCWAVE will not accept returned items from the same order shipped separately. We reserve the right to refuse returns which are unauthorised, of which we are informed late, which have been shipped late, or of garments which are not in the same condition in which you received them. Returns in four steps:

1 - Ensure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them with all the warranty seals still attached.

2 - Tick the item(s) you wish to return on the form we sent with your order and complete also the online return form.

3 - Pack the item(s) into the original box (or an equally sturdy one) , include the receipt ! Apply the prepaid label in such a way as to cover the original address label. Don’t worry if you have lost the label: you can contact Customer Service ( who will provide you with it.

Doing this you will not pay the shipping costs and it will be easier to track your return! MARCWAVE is not liable for any thefts or losses when our Return Label is not used.

Refunds will be made after we have received the returned goods at our warehouse and after it has been ascertained that the requirements have been met. Checks at the warehouse may take up to five business days.

The time necessary for refunding will depend on the payment method used:

  • purchases made by credit card: the refund will be made within five business days of confirmation by the warehouse. The time required to view the refund on your account may vary, and depends on your card issuer;
  • purchases made using PayPal: the refund will be made within five business days of confirmation by the warehouse, and will be visible within 24 hours.
